Many thought it was Mary Love dueting with Arthur Adams, but according to Adams, it was a completely different female voice: "Modern records had an idea for me to do it with Mary Love, but that’s Edna Wright," a well regarded session singer with various female groups and later member of The Honey Cone, better known on the scene as Sandy Wynns.
